REFUNDS

FAULT & DAMAGES

 

RETURNS

  • We do not offer a sale-or-return basis so returns will not be accepted if there is no discrepancy, but the Customer no longer requires the goods.

 

REFUNDS

  • We do not offer cash or credit/debit card refunds. If it has been agreed that you will be credited/refunded for a product or order, this amount will be placed on your wholesale account to use towards future orders.

 

 

FAULTS & DAMAGES

  • We strive to ensure items are produced, designed, packaged and delivered well but in some unfortunate cases faults and damages may occur. If on receiving delivery you find any items are damaged or there are discrepancies you must notify us in writing or email at customerservices@gardentrading.co.uk or by fax 01993 847353 within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
  • We also require photographs of any damage or quality concern, to be eligible for a replacement, credit or discount.
  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to thoroughly check the goods within a reasonable timescale. The sales office will advise whether to return the faulty merchandise or to dispose of it.
