BACK ORDERS

DAMAGES, DISCREPANCIES AND RETURNS

 

At Garden Trading, we are passionate about excellent customer service and meeting expectations.  Therefore, we aim to despatch all orders within 5-7 working days. For pro-forma orders this will be within 5-7 working days of payment being received or for customers with credit terms, within 5-7working days after the order has been placed.

ORDERING

Our minimum order value for each separate UK order is £250 (ex VAT).

PRODUCTS ON PRE-ORDER

If all items purchased are on pre-order, these will be not be delivered until the date specified at the time of ordering.

If your order consists of both in stock and pre-order items, your order will be held until the value of items ready for despatch reaches £250 (ex VAT).

Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Customers in the above locations can order and pay in either GBP £, EUR € or USD $.

The minimum order values for each separate order is GBP £400, EUR €500 or USD $560.

Deliveries into Europe will be made within 14 days of payment being made or from date of order for customers with credit terms.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Signatures are required for all deliveries. If someone is not available to sign for your delivery, this may incur a charge for re-delivery. In some instances our couriers may leave a calling card for you to arrange re-delivery.

If you specify a place for the courier to leave your parcel without a signature, you are accepting liability if the parcel goes missing or becomes damaged. We will not compensate you for this. If you are concerned that there is not a safe place to deliver the order, please give a delivery address where someone will be in to accept the delivery.

 

BACK ORDERS

We endeavour to display our complete range with the aim to hold stock. However, if an item goes out of stock at the time of ordering, we do offer a back-order service. We will either wait for the whole order to be in stock to ship together, or if there is an extended delay we will ship the partial order (once it reaches a minimum of £250 ex VAT) with the balance to follow.

We reserve the right to make the decision on whether to split the order or not.

Once a back order comes into stock, we will send the item out automatically. If you change your mind about an item that you have pre-ordered, then it is your responsibility to cancel that order.

If a back order is older than 3 months, we will contact you to ask if the goods are still required and to inform you of the expected delivery date if available. At this time, if goods are not required, the back-order items will be cancelled.

We are unable to apply any promotion or discounts to back orders.
